The hotel has a buffet restaurant with on-the-spot cooking and theme nights, a lounge bar with terrace and evening entertainment, a poolside bar with terrace and a beach bar.

The swimming pool has a children's section and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols.

The guest rooms are located in two types of building - 2-storey blocks and single-story blocks of 3-5 rooms which also have a terrace.

Club Hotel Riu Tropicana is located on Cala Domingos beach which has various watersports available and is approx 2km from the main shopping centre of Calas de Mallorca. Calas de Mallorca is approx 60km (60 minutes) from Palma Airport.
