Palma Bay Club Hotel is set in large gardens and has 4 swimming pools, one is just for adults and one is just for children, each with furnished sun terraces. There is also a children's play area and mini golf.

The hotel has a buffet restaurant, an Oriental restaurant, a Pizzeria, a pool bar which also serves snacks, an outdoor bar and grill and 3 indoor bars. The hotel entertainment team provides activities for adults and children and evening shows or discos, indoors and on the terrace. (Note that the timetable for these facilities is seasonal)

The hotel also has a sauna, a jacuzzi, a gym, an internet corner and other activities which include volleyball, table tennis, paddle tennis and bowling.

Reception is 24 hour and can assist with internet access, currency exchange, excursion bookings and courtesy room.
