Niza Apartments

Niza Apartments share the facilities of the Mar I Pins Hotel which include a large swimming pool with children's section, an indoor pool with sauna and jacuzzi, a children's playground, TV lounges and bars.

Niza Apartments comprise 10 self-catering studio apartments located on 2 floors.

Each studio has twin/double beds, en-suite bathroom with bath or shower, kitchenette, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, telephone, hair dryer, safety deposit box and a balcony with either a side or a sea view.

Cots are available free of charge.

Niza Apartments are located 50m from the beach at Paguera, and in the immediate vicinity of many shops and boutiques, bars and restaurants. There are 3 beaches in Paguera, backed by a pleasant promenade, with a variety of beach activities. Paguera is approx. 35km (25 minutes) from Palma Airport.

Lowest Prices Guaranteed

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
