Grupotel Parc Natural Hotel has an extensive landscaped swimming pool area, with changing rooms, showers and towels, surrounded by lawned areas, palm trees and sun loungers and parasols.

The hotel has a lounge bar with terrace, show stage and regular evening shows, live music and a weekly cocktail party. There are two restaurants: the Paraiso, which offers a varied buffet and some table service and, the Bistro A la carte restaurant which specialises in Mediterranean cuisine and overlooks the beach and the sea.

The spa and wellness centre offers a world of relaxation with extensive facilities and treatments including a heated pool with water jets and massage streams, sensation showers, a jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, Greek thermal bath, ice fountain and heated relaxation beds. The wellness centre has a hair salon and 13 treatment rooms offering Ayurveda and Reiki massages, reflexology and skin therapies.

Further leisure facilities include a fitness room, internet cafe, pool and table tennis, volleyball and petanque.

Hotel services include free internet access in several public areas, hire safes, checkout luggage storage and shower rooms, babysitting (chargeable), activity bookings and 24 hour reception.

Double rooms have double/twin beds, en-suite bathroom, flat screen satellite TV with music channel, internet access (chargeable), direct dial telephone, mini bar, hair dryer and hire safe.

The suites have a separate bedroom and living-room with a second TV & second bathroom. Accessible rooms are also available.
