Neptuno Hotel has a beach bar and cafe with a terrace by the promenade, offering snacks and a la carte dishes. The hotel restaurant also has a terrace with sea views and offers a wide variety of buffet dishes at breakfast and evening meal as well as show cooking and two special dinners twice a week. There is also an elegant social lounge and reading room.

The swimming pool has a children's section as well as a jacuzzi and is set in a wide and pleasant sun bathing terrace, facing the beach, furnished with loungers and parasols. There is also a poolside bar with dining terrace.

The indoor pool has an integrated jacuzzi and access to the sauna and the gym. Other facilities include satellite TV and internet zone, table tennis, outdoor chess, children's playground, a tennis court and a cycling centre with storage and workshop.

Hotel services include 24 hour reception, room service, free cots, excursion bookings, currency exchange and laundry.

The guest rooms have twin/double beds, modern en-suite bathroom, internet access, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV and radio, telephone, minibar, hair dryer, hire safe, armchair and a balcony.

Suites have an extended living area with a sofa bed and a jacuzzi in the bathroom.

Neptuno Hotel is located in front of the beach at Playa de Palma and approx. 500m from the resort centre. Playa de Palma is approx. 5km (10 minutes) from Palma Airport.
