Riu Playa Park Hotel has two large swimming pools, one of which has a children's section, surrounded by wide sun terraces with loungers and parasols. There is also a bar, serving drinks and snacks, with patio tables and chairs by the pool. There is also an indoor heated pool (in winter).

The hotel restaurant offers a varied range of buffet dishes for breakfast, lunch and evening meal as well as show cooking and theme nights twice a week. There are also two lounge bars, one with a stage offering shows and entertainment several nights a week.

Sport and leisure facilities include a children's playground, mini golf, table tennis and pool tables, a volleyball court, French bowls, a lounge with card tables and satellite TV, an internet cafe and a children's playroom.

Hotel services include 24 hour reception, bike hire, bike storage and garage, currency exchange, hire safes and excursion bookings.

Riu Playa Park Hotel is located just 350m from the beach at Playa de Palma and approx. 100m from the resort centre. Playa de Palma is approx. 5km (10 minutes) from Palma Airport.
