Facilities available to guests include a cafeteria and spacious terrace area. Guests have full use of the facilities in the sister hotel, Illa D'Or Hotel, including swimming pools, health and beauty centre, sauna and a jacuzzi.

All rooms are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, telephone, safety deposit box and air conditioning.

The complex is located in the main square of Puerto de Pollensa. The beach has loungers, parasols and water sports to hire. In the main square there are shops, bars and restaurants to explore. Palma de Mallorca is approx 65 km from the complex. Due to its location noise may be experienced at night.
