The facilities provided for guests at the Ola Vistamar Hotel include a 24 hour reception, Internet access, currency exchange, medical assistance, pool towel service (deposit required), laundry facilities, bicycle and car rental.

Sports and leisure facilities include 2 swimming pools, separate children's pool, indoor pool (open during low season), sun terrace with loungers, fitness facilities, Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. There is also a tennis court, mini golf, table tennis and courtesy bus service to the beach.

Each guest room is provided with a private bathroom, air conditioning (high season), telephone, satellite TV and a balcony or terrace. Suites are also available which are ideal for families and have a separate lounge area. Cots are available upon request.

The hotel is situated overlooking Porto Colom bay and is just 300m from the centre of the resort where numerous shops, bars and restaurants can be found. The sandy beach at Cala Marsal can be found approx 800m away. The airport is approx 65 km away.
