Habitat Apartments comprises of 110 apartments. All are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, telephone, safety deposit box, kitchenette, satellite TV, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace.

The complex is located in the centre of Puerto de Pollensa with a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is approx 800 metres away with loungers, parasols and water sports to hire. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approx 65 km from the complex.
