Guests are entitled to use the facilities at the nearby Villa Concha complex. These include swimming pool, sun terrace, loungers, parasols, TV lounge, bar, restaurant and a supermarket.

Montelin Apartments comprises of 40 apartments and studios spread over 2 floors. All are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, satellite TV, kitchenette, fridge, microwave, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace.

The complex is located in the quiet residential area of Puerto de Pollensa. The beach with loungers and parasols is just 120 metres from the complex. The resort centre is approx 500 metres with a selection of shopping facilities, bars, restaurants and nightly entertainment. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approx 65 km from the complex.
