The villa is equipped with 3 twin bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, 1 en-suite bathroom, 2 further bathrooms with bath/shower, WC, shower room, satellite TV, safety deposit box, DVD player, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning.

The villa is located approx 2.5 km from the beach where guests can relax on the sun loungers and parasols available to hire. The resort centre is approx 4 km away. In the centre there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approx 65 km from the villa.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
