Facilities available to guests include a swimming pool with sun loungers. Please note the complex does not have a reception area, but there will be assistance when you arrive for checking in.

Iris Apartments comprises of 10 duplex style apartments. All are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC and 2 double bedrooms all upstairs. Downstairs there is a living area, kitchen with microwave and fridge, a shower room, barbecue, safety deposit box (chargeable), laundry facilities (chargeable) and air conditioning.

The complex is located in a family friendly area with Sa Coma beach just 300 metres away. On the beach there are sun loungers and parasols to hire. Cala Millor and S'illot beaches are approx 70 metres from the complex. Within the vicinity of the complex there is a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy, or take a taxi to explore the local area. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approx 65 km from the complex.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
